IDW Esperanza Resort

I extended my stay by another night after just one night at Esperanza Resort & SPA. That says a lot about how positive the experience was, especially since I haven’t yet had a chance to visit the SPA facilities. As a demanding guest, I pay close attention to service, comfort, cleanliness and atmosphere. From arrival onward, the professional, attentive and courteous staff exceeded my expectations and seemed genuinely committed to guests’ experience. My room was spotless, well prepared and furnished to a high standard, with care given to the details. The lakeside setting was breathtaking, peaceful and private, with beautiful nature around it. The restaurant also deserves praise. The food, presentation and overall dining experience were outstanding, and it was clear that care went into choosing ingredients and creating a refined menu. After my first night, I’d say this is one of the finest hotels I’ve stayed at in recent years. I highly recommend Esperanza Resort & SPA to anyone looking for luxury, attentive hospitality, excellent food and a quiet retreat. I’m impressed and look forward to coming back. Prof. h.c. We made use of the bikes to explore the area and tried some of the sports facilities, including the basketball court and tennis courts. The mini zoo was a charming extra around the grounds. The lakefront room had its own deck and chairs, a lovely spot for coffee in the morning or sunset. Inside, the bed and pillows gave us some of the best sleep we’ve had in a long time, and the bathrobes and slippers were thoughtful touches. The food was another highlight. Dinner was full of flavor, and breakfast at Olea Restaurant had quality ingredients and attentive service that got the day off to a great start. From arrival, everything was handled with care, and the accommodations felt top-tier. Our stay at La Esperanza in Trakai was a seamless, luxurious getaway. For beautiful lakeside scenery and world-class service, I’d highly recommend it.

The breakfasts were among the best we’ve ever had, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Its thoughtful, refined design and the care and professionalism evident in every detail made a strong impression. The staff were wonderful throughout. Victoria at the reception deserves a special mention for her warmth, attentiveness and genuine care, which made the stay especially pleasant and exceeded our expectations. We’re also grateful to Victoria and the security team for going out of their way to help us through a difficult moment. Their support meant a lot. We’d be very happy to return and highly recommend the hotel.

The Japanese minimalist design gives the hotel a calm, elegant feel, and the winter scenery by the lake was peaceful, with beautiful views and room to relax and recharge. We spent six wonderful days there in January, and the stay was unforgettable, blending luxury, comfort and nature. The service felt genuinely caring as well as professional and attentive, and we felt welcome from the start. Every meal was delicious, carefully prepared and beautifully presented, a real highlight.
