The bus connection made getting into the city centre easy. Bus No. 4 stops nearby and goes straight into town, and the journey isn’t far. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with quiet, spacious rooms and welcoming, friendly staff. Great service and transport access, and I’d happily stay again.

The front desk staff were especially kind, letting me check in early and upgrading my room. That service earned five stars from me. The room felt dated, though, and I couldn’t turn the heat down. Opening the window was an easy enough fix and made it comfortable for the night. For the airport trip, I found the T1 tram to Hamilius, then Bus 4 toward Parc de l’Europe, very easy. Parc de l’Europe is the last stop and just a one-minute walk from the hotel. Bus 4 comes every 30 minutes. I used the route in reverse to get back to the airport, and it was effortless. Avoid Bus 850 from the airport if you’re getting off at LUX Dommeldange, Dauschbuer or LUX Dommeldange, Barriär, unless you fancy dragging your luggage up a very steep hill. I learned that the hard way. I also heard from someone at breakfast that Bus 3 means a long uphill walk. I saw its stop, and it’s definitely at the bottom of the hill.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, breakfast was good, and I appreciated that parking was included. I was just passing through Luxembourg and stayed one night. The noisy bed and heating system made it less comfortable. The heater didn’t put out warm air, so the room stayed cold. It was acceptable for a quick overnight stop, but comfort could be better.

We booked a king suite for a family birthday weekend. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were polite and friendly. The restaurant felt welcoming, and Ourida, the supervisor, was right on top of things to keep guests happy. Her team were helpful throughout the day, not only at breakfast. We’d recommend both the hotel and restaurant.
