Friendly service and good food.

I gave it two stars just for the view. The meal was a mess: after ordering a starter, main course, and dessert, they brought the ice cream first, even though it was 24 degrees outside, then the main course. Other people were served dishes they hadn’t ordered. There were street musicians making noise on the terrace, and the staff didn’t seem to care.

The cars nearby were noisy, but the place itself was nice. What really disappointed me was the crêpe. It was more like a huge biscuit, far too hard to eat, and the sauce didn’t help.

We had a great meal, and the service was great too. The staff were very attentive. It’s an excellent old hotel.

The terrace has small tables, and the place faces a busy main road, especially on sunny days. The food and service were both average, so I don’t think the quality justifies the price.
