Camping Kaul

The area is lovely, with plenty of walking paths and bike trails. We rented bikes from the Wiltz castle, and the kids made great use of the bike park. We spent a week in one of the cabins and had a great time. It was spotless, comfortable and well equipped, with a covered terrace we enjoyed even in the rain. The air conditioning came in handy at night. We also loved the pool in the hot weather, especially the different depths, which meant even non-swimmers could play in the water. We hope to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful campsite. It’s clean, relaxing and very family friendly, with great facilities, a nice play park and a brilliant outdoor pool. We’d recommend it.

The campsite is spacious, with large pitches for caravans and mobile homes, plus good access to electricity and fresh water, though the water is a short walk from each pitch. Its service building looks modern, but is older, well maintained and clean. Camping Kaul is a well organized, modern site in Wiltz, Luxembourg. Nearby there’s a restaurant with local and American food, and camping guests get free entry to the public pool. Wiltz has lots of hills, World War II history, an old castle and historic buildings.

The Taos cabin is luxurious and in a nice spot, but expensive. The pool is nice, while the restaurant is average. The village is pleasant and small, so there isn’t much to do. The surrounding area seems great for e-biking, and I imagine it would suit motorbiking too.
