The central location is handy, but the old-fashioned furnishings don’t do much for the place. The reception staff also came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, so the stay felt pretty disappointing.

The room was clean, and I slept comfortably before continuing on to Poland. Parking was easy too, with a large lot and free spaces even when I arrived late. The breakfast was just ordinary, though I wasn't expecting much. For the price, it was good value, and having reception open around the clock made travel plans flexible.

For an overnight stop, I'd give it a solid four stars for the price. A room with breakfast was 60 euros, and the restaurant serves dinner until 9 pm. The rooms are worn and dated, but they’re good enough for a rest along the way.

The staff were pleasant and keen to help, and the place is clean. Being right by the bus station is its main advantage, so it works well for a night or two on the way. For the price, though, it falls well short. We weren't expecting much, but even a kettle or a small cupboard in the room feels like a basic thing to have at a four-star hotel. Breakfast is included, yet it also feels skimpy for what it costs. Other places in the Baltic region offer more for less.
