My ground-floor room was spacious and clean, and the owners were very kind. The hotel is just off the central pedestrian Rigas street. There are a few parking spots at the hotel, or you can park free on the street.

The owners were very helpful, and the hotel sits close to both pedestrian Riga Street and the bus station. It's ideally located.

The location was good, and the breakfast was passable, though the breakfast service felt surly. Interestingly, the waitress could smile at Russian visitors. I expected more character from a restored old property, since it hadn't kept many original features. Still, the hotel was comfortable and well located, and I'd recommend it. I'd also recommend staying in Daugvaplis. We had a fantastic time exploring the citadel and shot museum.

The street is calm and quiet, even though the hotel is right in the city centre. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the owners were exceptionally kind and friendly. I had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

It's a cosy, atmospheric place, and pets are welcome. The owners are a very kind family. The manager/owner will give you a town map and point out places to visit if you ask, while his wife, the cook/owner, is lovely and can share interesting stories about the town. ♾️/5 ❤️
