The spa, sports facilities, bowling and other things were nice, and everything was clean. But the reception was empty, so we waited 25 minutes to check in and another 15 minutes to rent bikes. There was just a sign saying “back in 15min.” Breakfast was chosen from a short list of options, which was fine, but charging an extra 6,50 € for a glass of juice feels wrong.

A small, cosy place with very good, clean rooms and a nice owner. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the sea. Parking can be difficult sometimes.

The beach is only a short walk away, and the small hotel has a restaurant downstairs serving food all day with a good selection. Try the chicken cutlets! We only used the good-sized pool once because the beach was so amazing. A bus stop right by the hotel makes getting around Jurmala easy, and the railway is a short walk away, with Riga about 20 minutes by train. Cleaning was excellent and friendly. The front desk was friendly too, especially when they smiled. I'd recommend it and would come back.
