It's a peaceful, lovely spot out in nature, and the host is very welcoming. I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys a quiet place. There's also a house cat who may visit whenever she likes, and she's a real friend.

I can't recommend this. There was just one person handling service, and drinks were topped up only now and then, including warm water when we asked for cold. The staff member sat behind a counter with ten dirty, empty guest glasses sitting on top of it all evening.

The apartments have a lovely river view, plus a kitchen and a children's room. There's also space for a BBQ.

The gardens are lovely for relaxing, and the indoor pool is really nice. There's a slide down to the river too. The food is great here, and the accommodation is comfortable.

Right on the bank of the Daugava, this quiet family hotel was a lovely place to stay. It would be great for a romantic weekend away.
