The rooms are tidy. On the first floor there are electric stoves, kettles, and refrigerators, while the second floor only has kettles. Before coming, call to check what to do about the keys, since you might need to collect them from Aluksne. As for the setting, it's in the Lentpjuvė area, right by the lake, but the windows don't offer a pleasant view. On one side there's a long-abandoned, crumbling building. If that's what you see from your window, you can count yourself lucky because the night will be quiet and you won't hear the sounds of the Lentpjuvė. If the windows face the Lentpjuvė instead, even the wooden shutters are shut, since it operates at night.

The apartment building also has an office where people work, and the whole place is in a very odd spot, in a sawmill's yard. You have to pick up the keys in Alūksne. The room itself was spotless, tidy, spacious, and perfect. There is a loud roaring sound from the sawmill, though it didn't bother me.

There are forklifts loading outside the window all night. It's a cool room in a woodworking shop office, but it's listed on Booking with a false picture! At 50 euros a night, it seems too expensive.

There were few guests, so it was quiet inside, though there was noise outside. The room had no kettle, which was the downside.
