The bathroom sink wasn’t very clean, and there were dead bugs and ants in the bathroom and corridor. One pillow smelled bad and was dirty, so I had to sleep without one that night. The kitchen towel was dirty too, and the host was rude when communicating.

The thick walls of the house came in handy during heavy thunderstorms. Inside, the rooms were pleasant, and the mini kitchen had what I needed apart from a cutting board. It was convenient to look after things myself, and Ljepa nearby had food shops, though a car was needed to reach restaurants. Finding the guesthouse was a bit tricky, but the view of the fields from the main entrance made the effort worthwhile. There was no breakfast during my visit, which was disappointing. It was a nice stay, with a few things that could be improved.

We had a spacious, lovely apartment, and breakfast was included. The place itself is beautiful, and the staff were very nice. It was a little far from Cesis, and finding reception when we arrived was difficult.
