Roze Center Apartments

I called about this new place after booking a trip at short notice and honestly didn't expect it to be so good. The hotel has been freshly renovated and fitted out with great taste. It's also quiet and conveniently located. You do have to collect the key from another location and return it at checkout.

The building looks incredibly beautiful from the outside, and inside the rooms are newly furnished, spacious, and tastefully decorated with high-quality finishes. This apartment hotel is right in the center of Liepaja, and there's everything you need for a good rest. There's a small parking area in the inner courtyard. Highly recommended!

The room was very pretty and everything worked for us, though I would have liked some throw pillows or extra pillows. Picking up the keys at a different location was inconvenient. I wish they had key boxes on the doors. The old man handing them out was a little rude to us, and I saw him treat other guests even more rudely, so it wasn't just me. When I returned the keys, a different employee was there. She was lovely and nice, and it felt like she was making up for his behavior.

The staff were incredibly rude. Our room smelled because garbage bins were right behind the windows. There was no hot water in the shower, no electricity, and the hairdryer was broken, along with many other problems. We waited more than four hours for things to be fixed, but hotel management still didn't provide a reasonable solution. Avoid!
