The hotel itself worked well for me. It's modern and spacious, with plenty of people around but never a crowded feeling. Even during a winter storm, everything ran smoothly. Getting to the airport is easy: under a five-minute drive, around a 20-minute walk, or a short bus ride. The food, though, was some of the worst I've had. Both the burger and pizza were completely bland, with no seasoning, like high school cafeteria food but somehow worse. I can't stop talking about how bad it was. Eat somewhere else if you stay here. I considered giving the place a 2 just because of the food.

The rooms were clean and very quiet, which mattered most to me. The hotel is close to the airport, has everything you need, and even includes a small gym. Staff were kind. Breakfast was fine for a few nights, though I would have liked healthier food and more variety.

The hotel is right by a bus stop with a direct route into Riga, though being away from most of the sights is still a bit inconvenient. I was very pleased with the stay, and even my two children were happy. The gym is excellent and unusually well equipped for a hotel. Food quality was great, but there wasn't a huge choice.

Breakfast was good, fresh, and high quality, and the hotel is beautiful and clean. I keep coming back for its special charm and easy airport access. This October will be my third stay before a flight. The reception staff always welcome me warmly when I arrive, and the rooms are immaculate. I used to work as a housekeeper, so I especially appreciate how well the room service team does its job. On my last visit I arrived late in the evening and had a lovely chat at the bar with Madlena and Anzelika. You're both cheerful, optimistic, and polite, truly remarkable young women.
