Our stay was frustrating from the start. We had booked two rooms for three nights, then told the hotel we only needed one night. They canceled the whole booking without telling us. We found out just a few hours before arrival, too late to make other plans, and staff offered no help. Before we arrived, we emailed to ask how to check in late. No one replied to the email, and the hotel only answered phone calls when we called first. The WhatsApp number they gave us was ignored as well. No apology or alternative was offered for the cancellation. We asked if the beds in one room could be separated so we could at least spend the night. Staff vaguely said they'd try, but nothing happened, and they offered us a double bed instead, which didn't work for us. The room we stayed in smelled of cigarettes, heated tobacco and burnt straw. The doors felt flimsy, and the bathrooms had low-quality shower cabins. The property itself looks like an old Soviet boarding house that's been poorly turned into a hotel. On arrival there was no receptionist to greet us, just a handyman checking us in without proper instructions. We felt like an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. The only good thing was the free parking near the entrance. Everything else was well below hotel standards. This place doesn't deserve to be called a hotel. Our experience was deeply disappointing, and I'd tell future guests to reconsider staying here.
