The moment you walk through the gates, it feels like home. This is an amazing place with an enlightened spirit, and you can tell it was created by someone with their heart and mind in the right place.

My cabin was about a 3 minute walk from the beach, and the kitchen, showers, and cabin were all very clean, with plenty of towels. The staff were approachable and helpful, and the pricing was very good compared with other sites in the area, especially with all the extra amenities. One of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. I’ll most DEFINITELY be back in the near future.

I wasn’t told ahead of time about the power outage from 12 to 14/14:30. I only learned about it when the power went off. The site mainly caters to cottages, while the motorhome and caravan spots are at the back on a small, uneven patch of ground. It’s expensive given that there are no services for caravaners. There’s nowhere to empty the gray water tank or chemical cassette toilet. The back lot only has outhouses, and I was advised to empty the cassette toilet into one. I don’t think dumping poisonous chemicals into an outhouse is proper. The toilets by the showers have no hooks for hanging a bag. The showers need improvement too, with an exhaust fan for the steam and LED lights, since the halogen bulbs are quite dim. The water is only lukewarm, and there’s no way to adjust the temperature at any taps on site. The sandy beach is a few hundred meters away, beyond a forest, and there’s some traffic noise from the nearby highway. Under these circumstances, I won’t return.
