Saulrieti feels more like a guest house than a hotel. The host family lives on the first floor, and there are only two rooms upstairs. One has an absolutely amazing view of the sea. The hosts were kind and helpful, and the house is about 100 meters from the sea and beach. Sadly, the bar and restaurant in the house were already closed by 18:00 on Saturday.

We booked ahead through booking.com, but when we got there nobody was at the property. We tried every number they had and couldn't reach anyone. They also charged us for breakfast we never ate, since we weren't even staying there. In the end, we had to drive about 300 km back home. I'm still waiting for booking.com to refund us. They removed my review, saying it broke their review rules. Don't trust the reviews!

The cabin may have been a little dated, but it was affordable and comfortable. The location is fantastic, less than 50 meters from the sea.
