We felt really uncomfortable here, almost like intruders, even though we’d paid. The kitchen door had broken glass, and the only window opened onto a busy street. It had no handle, and we had to track down someone, maybe a neighbor’s baby, to unlock it for ventilation. It made us feel like thieves. There was no air conditioning, either. The place is outdated all over, and the price to quality is really poor. For 50 euros, an overnight stay in any European country is much better. The beds were old, the bedding was dark, and the curtains looked like they were from the Soviet era. The kitchen utensils were old and unattractive, and there weren’t even basic plates for breakfast. The bathroom had a dozen hygiene product bottles that looked like they’d been gathered from neighbors just before being thrown away, with some left on the floor. It showed no respect for customers. They gave us only two dark, worn towels as a gift, and we didn’t understand why. Someone also commented that we could bring our own 🧐. It’s sad they did this. It’s an uncomfortable place, and I don’t recommend it unless you’re in a real bind. Even then, the price needs to be reasonable.
