The girls loved the outdoor setup, especially the swings and trampoline, and the induction cooktop was a big plus. We had a two bedroom apartment with a living room, and it was good for the price. The wifi was a little slow, the lighting had an unpleasant hospital white look, and there was a faint cigarette smell lingering in the bedroom. Those were minor inconveniences.

It's okay.

This place wasn't worth the price, which doesn't match the quality. The hallway was really dirty, and the dishes and cutlery all needed washing before use. The photos look great, but the actual place was only so-so. There wasn't enough parking for everyone, either in the courtyard or on the road. We arrived at the agreed time, but the owner said she'd be there in five minutes and showed up twenty minutes later. I wouldn't pay this much for an apartment like this. 50 is the most I'd consider.
