The pool and restaurant were nice, and I liked that the hotel is right by the beach. Receptionists and chefs were especially friendly. The room’s condition let things down: there were clear stains on the walls and bathroom, and I spotted a small hair when I arrived. I was on the second floor, and our cleaner often seemed irritated and wasn’t very polite. A warmer manner and simple greetings would’ve made a difference.

We had a long weekend in November and would happily come back. The hotel’s right on the seafront, with a private beach and a huge pool area offering different depths and plenty of loungers. There’s also a small, perfectly adequate water park with a good selection of slides. Our spacious room had a big balcony overlooking the beach. We were all-inclusive, and the main restaurant has indoor, conservatory and outdoor seating, with plenty of choices from different cuisines and traditional Moroccan dishes. We also booked the hotel’s authentic Moroccan restaurant ahead of time. It was well worth it, with lovely food and service alongside traditional live music. Check-in was easy, and the staff throughout the hotel were superb. The one snag was the main bar, which got extremely busy. There were plenty of staff around, but usually just one person serving, so it could use a bit of management. It didn’t affect our stay, though. The location is amazing and the staff were really pleasant. We’d recommend it and return.

The evening entertainment and children’s game room were amazing, and the whole stay was superb from check-in through checkout. Reception staff were kind, respectful, professional and well spoken, and helped with everything I needed. Huge thanks to Khalid at reception, Mohamed and hanane for being so hospitable. My checkout was at 12:00 pm, but my flight wasn’t until 8 pm. They let me check out later at no extra charge, so I didn’t have to carry my luggage around. That was such a help and made my day. WOW, what an amazing hotel and location. I’ve travelled to many countries and stayed in lots of hotels, and this one exceeded all my expectations. I’ll 100% be back soon.

We’ve just got back after a great stay. Our room was good and we were lucky to get perfect sea views. The shower pressure was a bit low, but that was the only issue with the room. Food was really good too, and there’s a snack bar along with a few bars. The beach bar at sunset is amazing. The hotel is right on the beach, with lovely restaurants to the right and a few more to the left. There’s also a McDonald's, KFC and pizza hut nearby. The entertainment team were amazing and friendly, and so was everyone else on the team. Great location, great time, and I’d recommend it.
