The price felt far too high for what we got. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, and the staff were somewhat friendly. The hall and pool looked nice, though we didn’t use the pool. In the room, the curtains were so dirty they felt gross, and the towels were stained. The balcony and its furniture were dusty, and the toilet had an ugly, cheap-looking plastic lid. There weren’t any USB ports either. Breakfast was okay, but nothing was labeled, so we couldn’t tell what the food was or what ingredients it contained.

Sharing bathrooms was a big downside for me, since men and women used the same facilities and there was no privacy. The view wasn’t pleasant, and there were lots of instructions outside, so it felt dusty. The decor and atmosphere also seemed cold rather than cozy. Breakfast was a mixed bag. The bread was hard and rubbery, but the omelet was good. I liked the pastry, while some of my family didn’t. So, some things were nice and others weren’t. That’s how I saw it.

For a relaxing break, the Dominium Hotel Spa in Agadir has a peaceful atmosphere and a range of treatments, including massages and a traditional Moroccan hammam. There’s also a heated outdoor pool and a fully equipped fitness center. The staff were professional, and the treatments use high-quality products made exclusively by Dominium, which gave the experience a personal touch.

The staff are what made our first stay at the Dominium Hotel with my 16-year-old son so memorable. Everyone we met, from reception to housekeeping, was polite, attentive, and welcoming. Jihane greeted us warmly at check-in, while Hisham, the evening manager, had a calm, laid-back but professional manner that quickly put us at ease. At breakfast, Muhammad Ezzarof Hassan and Imad took care of every detail, and Wissal, the Customer Relations Manager, greeted us each morning and made us feel valued. Yousaf looked after my son and me in the evenings with genuine care. Mustafa brought energy and enthusiasm each night, and his mocktails are a must. Ayub was always ready to help at the entrance, with a smile. The spa was another highlight. Nasira, the Spa Manager, was approachable and eager to help, and Yamna made us feel welcome too. Those are just some of the people who stood out. The whole team helped create an atmosphere where we felt cared for and appreciated. We chose the hotel because it doesn’t serve alcohol, which suited us as a family looking for a halal-friendly environment. The experience surpassed what we expected. We left with warm memories, and I’m grateful to everyone who helped make them. We’ll certainly return, and I’d recommend the hotel to families looking for comfort and attentive service.
