If you want the basics, a bed, a decent location and a good shower, this budget hotel will do the job. The staff were accommodating and happy to help when I had several room issues. My bed was firm, which suited me, and the shower was really good. The bar was fine for sitting down with a coffee. I checked out the spa facilities and was impressed; the pool area looked okay too, though I didn't use it. The hotel is dated in many places, and the towels are very old and faded, though clearly clean. There can be noise from music and heavy traffic, but with earplugs I slept decently. The location is okay, with the beach and restaurants within walking distance and buses available on the main road. I needed only the essentials and would usually stay in an apartment in a more local area, but bad weather led me to check into a hotel. I understand some guests want great facilities, and if you've paid a lot, you might feel short-changed. If you're after all the fancy extras, pay for a fancy place. For a simple, budget stay, this one suited me. I'm not sure why it has such a bad reputation.

Everything was clean, comfortable and well organised during my wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to the hotel manager muhammad for making the place so professional and welcoming. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The hotel isn't the newest, but it's well located. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection. Meals in the hotel restaurant were tasty too, though I felt the prices could be lower.

Coming back just to relax at the bar and play pool was lovely. The staff remembered me, and the lovely cleaner asked about my daughter straight away. We felt at home and were really well looked after. I'd stayed here in July and had a fabulous time, with beautiful rooms and lovely staff. The pool and food were great then too. A truly wonderful place.

The location is the one thing this hotel has going for it. Our family suite wasn’t ready even though we booked well ahead, so we had to split between two rooms. It was frustrating and really inconvenient. They offered the suite the next morning, but by then we’d unpacked and settled in. Staff weren’t helpful at all, and every request seemed to get a no. For a taxi, they told us to go out to the road and find one ourselves. The rooms were average, and I won’t stay here again or recommend it.
