The tortoiseshell cats around the hotel gave the place a cozy charm, and the pool was lovely for relaxing. We spent 10 days in Agadir, Morocco, and came away with warm memories of a wonderful holiday. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help, so we felt well looked after. We loved the cocktails and the delicious pizza, which tasted like it came from a good restaurant. We only tried breakfast once, and it was not bad. Issam recommended a tour to us, and everything was so well organized that we decided to book it again. We had a great time and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Agadir! 🥰🤩🌇🇲🇦🏖👌

The pool area felt like a little paradise, with crystal clear water and everything spotlessly clean. Our balcony was large and beautiful too, a lovely place to sit in the morning or evening and enjoy the view. The team were kind, attentive, and professional, and even arranged a rental car for us, which made things much easier. You could tell they cared about making guests comfortable. From check-in, we were greeted with a warm smile and felt at home. Our room was bright, spacious, beautifully furnished, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The whole experience at Intouriste Hôtel & Suites exceeded my expectations, from the organization to the atmosphere. I've rarely felt so comfortable at a hotel. For me, it was comfort, kindness, and relaxation all in one, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. If I could, I'd give it ten stars.

For a cheap hotel, it looks really nice and is pleasant inside. The room had a nice little kitchenette and a huge bed. It's well located, about a 5 minute walk to a restaurant and 10 minutes to the beach. The man at reception who checked us in was always cheerful and happy to help. I'd definitely go back.

Our holiday at Hotel Intouriste ended badly over a 300 Dirham deposit we paid on arrival. At checkout, a different receptionist couldn't find it. He called the colleague who had checked us in, but that man said he'd never taken a deposit from us. We explained that we only had 200 dirham bills, and he had given us change. When we couldn't reach an agreement, we asked them to check the security camera footage at the desk. They refused, saying no one worked on Sundays to retrieve it. The employee who took the money said he honestly didn't remember and blamed Ramadan, although it hadn't even started when we checked in. He offered to pay back only part of the deposit from his own pocket, then made us feel guilty by saying it was two days' wages for him. We're not necessarily asking for a full refund, but this is poor practice and means we couldn't recommend the hotel. The place itself was fine for the small amount we paid, but being treated like liars trying to scam poor people ruined the experience. If you stay here, absolutely don't pay a deposit, because you won't get it back.
