Mia Hotels Agadir

For a reasonable rate, I got a great room and really good service. The staff were welcoming and helpful during my two-day stay, which turned out amazing. I’d stay here again if I return to Agadir, and I’d recommend it to others.

The rooms were very clean and the WiFi was reliable. It’s a lovely place, with good connections to other parts of Agadir.

I’d stayed at Mia Hotels in Agadir on business trips for years, but my latest 18-day stay was a disaster, and I’ve lost my trust in the hotel. After extending my booking and paying in the morning, I returned that night to be told they wanted to refund me because of a group booking. I refused, and only then did they reluctantly let me keep the room and apologize. It felt completely unprofessional. For a week I had bites without realizing bed bugs in the room were causing them. When I finally told staff, all they did was move me to another room. There was no apology or meaningful action. Then, on my last night, I came back from work thinking checkout was the next day. They had already packed my belongings and left them at reception without calling me, and told me there was no room available. After years of staying there on my trips to Agadir, that treatment felt beyond disrespectful. The lack of professionalism, the hygiene problem, and how they handled a loyal guest are unacceptable. I’ll never stay there again and strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking.

The staff were very nice, but the rooms were extremely humid, with lots of mold all around. They also smelled bad because of the hotel’s reconstruction work. For what I paid, it wasn’t a good experience at all.
