résidence hivernage Quartier Sonaba

We barely slept during our two days here, maybe three hours in total. The apartment we were given was on the other side of the block, right below the entrance, with a closed balcony instead of the pool view and open balcony we had booked. Security spoke loudly below our bedroom window through the night, cars kept coming and going, and garbage bins rolled along the street from early morning. The kitchen smelled of chemicals and had a moldy sponge; there was no coffee or tea, the water bottle had already been opened, and the towels were stained. We booked at the last minute, but the host only told me 30 minutes before arrival that our apartment wasn't available and offered another one, with a free night as compensation. The owner never gave us that compensation and said it wasn't his apartment. It was awful.
