The food was tasty, with generous portions, and it’s ordered à la carte rather than served buffet-style. Restaurant staff were skilled and made sure we had a great experience. Reception were helpful too, and housekeeping was quick and pleasant. The rooms are clean, but clearly need renovation: the lines and angles are uneven, and some old fittings are rusty. Still, the stay felt worth the price. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the beach, though the stretch with loungers, shops, and restaurants is roughly twenty minutes away.

Our room was even larger than the one I booked, and my family really enjoyed the stay. You can see the sea from the balcony, and it’s about five minutes from the hotel. A big thank you to the restaurant staff, always smiling and friendly. The food and cocktails were tasty. Everything was perfect for us 💜💜💜

The restaurant was a highlight: a broad menu, really good food, very friendly waiters, and excellent value for money. Staff across housekeeping, maintenance, and reception were also extremely helpful and friendly, doing their best to sort out problems. The outdoor pool is large and well kept, though the indoor one was closed. The apartment had two bedrooms, a sea view, a spacious living area, a small dining space and kitchen with a fridge and cooking facilities, plus a large balcony. The king-size beds had comfortable mattresses. The second bedroom was quite small with two single beds and no wardrobe. It took about ten minutes to walk to the big beach promenade, passing a tiny Superette halfway. The property is under fifteen years old, but upkeep seems to be a weak point. The bathroom handles were heavily oxidized, objects on the walls had paint over them, and bulbs hung loose, which didn’t feel like what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Also, be careful using the ATM outside: withdrawing 2,000 dirham, around €190, cost me nearly €30 in fees on my prepaid Italian MasterCard. There are cheaper ATMs in town.

The apartment was a good size and nicely laid out, and the cleaners did a great job each day, changing the sheets and towels. But there were thousands of ants, spiders in the bedrooms, and bed bugs. The beds were very uncomfortable. Staff cleaned after I raised it, but the problem remained. The toilet was extremely dirty and old, and the shower door was awful, the worst part of the room. We stayed five days and wouldn’t recommend coming back. Some staff were unpleasant and rude, though Mr ALI was very helpful and a top lad. Thanks so much for your help.
