The owners made me feel very welcome. They're genuinely nice people. The place is beautiful and clean, and it was a really comfortable base for my stay in the Medina. I'd recommend it whether you're visiting for a short time or a long one.

The room felt a little dark to me, and I missed having a refrigerator. Maybe I notice the darkness everywhere. On the good side, it's a small, cosy spot with complete privacy. There was a wonderful, smiling, charming African-American woman who put me at ease right from the first minute.

The Riad was spotless and smelled amazing, and the people working there were so kind. We were lucky to spend a week in this beautiful place in Marrakech. If you're hesitating about booking, just go ahead and do it!

Such a lovely, peaceful retreat. Anna is a wonderful host, and luckily she speaks excellent English because our French isn't very good.

The location was bad, and the staff were rude. They charged us more than we were supposed to pay. I had booked a room for four, myself and my three guests, and the booking clearly showed my name plus three guests. At reception, the guy insisted that bringing three guests meant the booking should have been for five people. I couldn't understand what he was talking about. After we'd paid everything and gone to the rooms, the place was a mess like I'd never seen before. We decided to leave straight away. I wish I'd taken some pictures to post here.
