Appart-Hotel Souani

The floor was filthy, the bedding wasn't clean, and there was hair everywhere. A very dirty little hotel.

The room, bathroom, and toilet were all very dirty, and the price was very high. The hotel needs renovation. It isn't a 3* or 4* hotel, more like 1*.

We'd booked three double rooms for three days, and what happened was truly outrageous. When we arrived, they said the air conditioning wasn't working and offered an apartment instead. I checked with several other guests and a staff member, and found out it had been out for a long time. The rooms also had very outdated furnishings, rusty and uncomfortable beds, and an unpleasant smell in the bedroom. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. There was mold in the bathroom, bedroom, and closets, and none of the three rooms had a refrigerator. Someone had left a handshake in the hallway, where it stayed from our arrival until we left.
