The sea view is beautiful, and the staff were polite and welcoming, but the hotel needs renovation badly. Many facilities look old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The location is excellent, but with the hygiene and maintenance problems, we can't recommend staying here unless the view and proximity to the sea are your only priorities. The room was dusty throughout, the toilet didn't look properly cleaned, and the balcony was extremely dirty, with spider webs and built-up grime. During our two-night stay, housekeeping came once and did a poor job. They made the bed and took the towels without replacing them, and left behind a used cleaning cloth that smelled very unpleasant. There was a persistent sewage and mold odor, especially in the bathroom and around the parking area. It made the stay uncomfortable and far from relaxing.

The property was very quiet in early November, and the restaurant was fair. It's a first-class hotel in a picturesque bay, with big balconies. The place is fairly new, though it hasn't been maintained as well as I'd expect for such a lovely spot.

The reception team were welcoming and helpful, especially Ayoub and the woman at the front desk, who were kind and professional. The view out over the sea is absolutely beautiful. We had a pleasant stay, and I'd gladly recommend the hotel.

The hotel has a cruise-ship look, with comfortable rooms and a great view of the beach. The breeze was lovely, and the fresh lemonade was GREAT. The staff were friendly, better than at the big resort there RB, where the reception staff were awful. Food was okay, but the hotel felt overpriced and could use more concierge attention and activities. The beach isn't private and didn't seem very inviting for swimming or relaxing. A private hotel area there would have made guests happier. Also, the room balconies weren't well separated from one another.

The hotel is beautiful and has a nice view, but getting to speak with the manager was really difficult. Everyone seemed to panic whenever I asked for him. Where can I book boats, spa treatments, or excursion packages? Dear manager, please contact me.
