The location isn’t ideal, since Marrakech is about 30 minutes away, but there’s a free shuttle that goes in the morning and returns at night. For the price, it’s a decent place to stay. The rooms were quite clean and cleaners maintained them daily. Breakfast was included, with a choice of an omelette or eggs, plus different breads, honey, jam, butter, orange juice, and a pot of tea or coffee. Check-in took about 40 minutes when we arrived, which I wasn’t happy about after travelling from the UK and feeling so tired. The staff were nice and accommodating, though.

The hotel was amazing, the food was great, the service was awesome, and the staff were absolutely brilliant. The big drawback is how far it is from town. I knew that before booking, but getting there is difficult unless you book the hotel shuttle in advance. If you haven’t booked it, you have to find your own ride, and no taxi wanted to come that far. It’s a 30-minute drive from the medina. The WiFi wasn’t great either. It kept disconnecting, and I’d lose internet access for minutes at a time.

It’s peaceful out in a douar, in the middle of nowhere, and we woke up to birdsong. Just keep in mind that it takes at least 30 minutes by car to get to the center. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty with lots of traditional food. Thank you Touria for the scrambled eggs!

Big, super clean rooms and very welcoming staff. This lovely little resort is about 20 minutes from Marrakech city center, and seems perfect for families. It has a heated swimming pool and a game room.
