The staff treated us so well and did everything they could to help. Staying in this gorgeous villa, in such a great location, was one of the best moments of my life. The team are some of the kindest people you could ask for. We hope to come back soon and have this experience again. 10 out of 10.

The location is quite far from the Medina, and taxis or other transport are expensive, so it may be worth grouping your Medina trips on the same days. We stayed for a week at villa Sophia on a family holiday and had a wonderful time. Zack and Hasna were great. Please thank Hasna again for the amazing cooking. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh, with lots of local food and fruit. The pool was super warm, as we’d paid for that feature, and we enjoyed the sauna. Unfortunately, there was no steam in the hammam. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a calm retreat away from the Medina with luxurious features.

Four days didn’t feel like enough for our group of 11. Villa Sophia has huge grounds and loads of facilities, including a gym, sauna, tennis court, hammam room and more. The villa is gorgeous, with so much attention to detail and a strong Moroccan feel, and we felt like we had our own palace. Abdul helped make the whole stay smooth. He arranged a fantastic Moroccan night at the villa, never bothered us, made sure we felt safe and handled every request. The place went beyond what we expected. We’ll definitely be back!
