Those five nights with our group of four were my best vacation, hands down. Khadid brought such a warm feeling each evening after surfing, and the building itself has loads of charm. The meals were incredible, healthy and delicious in a way I hadn't experienced on vacation, and I came home feeling like Popeye. The surf spot is first class, but the instructors made the real difference. We got to the best waves of the day early, and they cared about helping us improve. Thanks so much to Idar, Ali, Abdullah, Simo, and Sofian for the pickup and some great photos, and to the whole SurfStar team. Hope to see you again soon! P.S. Sorry if I got anyone's name wrong!

We stayed five nights as four friends and are already talking about coming back. From arrival to departure, the surf star team takes care of all the details, so it's easy to just relax. The welcome feels like joining a family, the food is amazing, and the surf coaching is brilliant. Rooftop yoga was a lovely extra. I can't recommend this place enough!

I spent six nights here at the end of February 2025 and had a fantastic time. The only hard part was having to leave and go back to the UK 😒. Thanks to everyone at Surf Star, you're all stars! I'm an intermediate surfer, and the local guidance, tailored feedback, and support helped me build on my skills. We were a smaller group heading to the green waves, and I safely pushed my comfort zone to surf waves a meter bigger than I usually could. It was a lot of fun, too. The whole place is well organized but still relaxed. Staff are lovely, shared bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, and the rooms and apartments have plenty of secure space. The chefs are a real gem, serving local dishes with lots of vegan options. Hot drinks are available through the day and evening, and there are comfortable spots to relax in the dining area and on the terrace. The lifts to the bus station and airport are a big help.

The surf house is really cozy, and we had a great time. Surfing was so much fun, with instructors who adjusted their advice for our different experience levels. The food was wonderful, especially the healthy lunch box options. The staff were lovely, and a special shoutout to Becky for the great yoga sessions. We'll be back :)

We spent five lovely days over Christmas, met some great people, and had some amazing experiences. The food and the place were lovely, and the surf and yoga were good. If surfing isn't your thing, you can just relax at the beach. It was such a proper break from everyday life: no decisions to make, just being looked after among like-minded people in a beautiful, authentic country. We'll definitely return. Thanks for such a wonderful time xx
