The listing mentioned air conditioning and heating, but neither was available. We also found no towels or hygiene products, and when we asked about the spa and sauna, we were told they didn't exist. The bed sheets were dirty, which was unacceptable. It was so cold and unclean that we slept fully dressed. The internet didn't work at all, and we couldn't communicate in English. We were offered dinner, but the prices were very high for food of poor quality. A basic salad was 60 dirhams, juice was 40 dirhams and worse than packaged juice, and a chicken tagine with only a few small pieces of chicken cost 200 dirhams. It wasn't worth the price. This place failed to meet even basic expectations. If you can, avoid it.

We stayed two nights at Hotel Tifrit on a cycling holiday, with my partner, and it was our first stop after Agadir. The area was beautiful, and Rachid's hospitality blew us away. The food was great. Breakfast came with the booking, and we paid extra for dinner both nights. The Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable, but in a mountain refuge, who needs it? There are lots of nearby hikes we didn't get to do, and I wish we'd had more time. Hopefully we'll return one day. The value for money was unbelievable.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and you can tell the host is a trained cook because he makes them himself in his kitchen. He's incredibly kind and thoughtful, and the service is excellent. If you ask, he'll gladly point out hiking routes and other sights on the map. A perfect place in the valley for a calm, happy stay. Highly recommend!

We had a memorable stay at Hotel Restaurant Tifrit, in a peaceful setting that combines comfort with an authentic feel. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a charming local touch that made us feel at home. The staff welcomed us warmly and were genuinely helpful. The restaurant was a highlight: meals were freshly made with local ingredients and full of Moroccan flavor. Breakfast on the terrace and a traditional candlelit dinner were both a delight. I'd highly recommend Hotel Restaurant Tifrit for a quiet retreat, good service, and delicious food. It's a hidden gem, and I can't wait to return.

After our hike from paradise valley, we stopped here for a cola and tea. Such a beautiful place, it feels like stepping back in time.
