Riad Tigmi Du Soleil

The terrace was a great place to catch sunrise on one side and sunset on the other, and coffee was already there at 6:30. Slimane and his family made our group of seven feel at home, not like we were in a formal hotel. They were friendly and forthcoming, and the service was consistently on time and attentive to all our needs. The hotel is close to the tourist spots, but the 15-minute distance gives it more of an actual Morocco feel. We stayed two nights and had a great time. Thanks to Slimane and his family for such a warm stay.

The food here is homemade, delicious, and served in generous portions. We tried the menu for lunch or dinner and loved it, and breakfast kept us going all day. The rooftop terrace has a stunning valley view and is a lovely place to relax. Ait Ben Haddou is a 3 km walk or 5 minutes by car, and you can leave your car on the property overnight. The riad is charming and well maintained, in a quiet spot close to the main attractions. Our room was cozy and private. We chose one with its own bathroom, though the shared ones were clean and comfortable too. The host and his wife were so welcoming and kind, they made us feel right at home. We loved our stay.

The family were kind, easygoing, and so welcoming that we felt at home. Their daughter was adorable and very smart. The rooms were good, the views nice, the food tasty, and parking convenient. Hospitality is what really sets this riad apart. It was the best stay of our trip in Morocco. Thank you for making us feel so at home 🌞💛

We were tired and thirsty after some off-road driving, and the family welcomed us like long-lost friends. The place was clean and inviting, with cold drinks, tasty food, and a rooftop terrace that's super Instagrammable. We had to carry on with our journey, but would love to stay here next time.
