Such a beautiful, quiet place in the countryside, not far from Marrakesh and right beside the river. In the morning there was a huge breakfast spread. From the house, you can take the ramp through the village on the left and keep climbing up into the mountains. I nearly thought I’d left my passport at the hotel, and Hamid was available by phone. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at this authentic Berber guesthouse. It’s in a convenient spot between Asni and Imlil, and the short drive to Imlil center is scenic. The area felt safe, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The host was attentive and professional, and breakfast was great. I went on several hikes and visited some nice cafes nearby. If you want somewhere quiet and clean to sleep and have a good breakfast, it’s a solid base for exploring this part of the Atlas Mountains. I’ll stay here again on my next High Atlas hiking trip. Thanks to Hamid’s local knowledge, I got to experience the Atlas Mountains and see Berber life in an authentic way. I really enjoyed my time with him as a guide. A must see!

The host was so kind and sweet, and he also works as a mountain guide. We had a typical breakfast each day, and the room and mattress were comfortable. There was hot water in the shower. The place had a distinctly Moroccan feel, with lovely views of the mountains, traditional houses and the people who live there. It’s a good starting point for visiting other beautiful spots and having an authentic experience.
