L'Oliveraie de Marigha

Sunset drinks on the rooftop were a real treat, and we could choose to have dinner inside or out. The meals were delicious every time. Our suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and drop dead gorgeous, while the grounds had spectacular plants and fountains. My wife and I travel often and usually choose high end hotels and resorts, but we’ve never had an experience as beautiful, luxurious, comfortable, and over the top as our stay at Olinto. It’s one of a kind and surpasses five star hotels in many ways.

There are so many tucked away corners and rooms at Olinto that it’s hard to decide whether to stay in or head outside to take in the landscape. It’s a wonderful property, and the staff make you feel cared for through their kindness and attention. It’s a peaceful, almost heavenly place. I’d definitely say a three night stay is a must while in Morocco.

The spa is pleasant, though the therapists could be more skilled, so that part was a four out of five for me. Elsewhere it’s a lovely, high end place, and the food and drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms cost enough to keep most people out.

The location in the Atlas is perfect for a Moroccan retreat, and the pavilions are stunning. Service is in a class of its own. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend Olinto. Thanks to the owners and staff for making it magical. We’ll definitely be back. If six stars were an option, I’d give them all six.
