The staff I met were really nice, and the location works well for the corniche and several places to eat. But my presidential suite was disappointing. It was huge, with a separate bedroom, two balconies, and a kitchen area, yet there wasn’t any cutlery in the kitchen. The bathroom had no toiletries except a cheap-smelling liquid soap in an industrial dispenser. The balcony door from the living room wouldn’t lock, and none of the bedroom sockets had power, so I had to charge my phone in another room overnight. That’s not great when it’s also your alarm clock. There were no bedside lamps, just very bright spotlights or complete darkness. I would’ve moved the standing lamp from the living room, but the sockets didn’t work. The living room TV wouldn’t turn on either. With a little care, this suite could be lovely and live up to its name.

A great place to stay while passing through Casablanca. The rooms are nice and come with plenty of amenities, and the service was outstanding. They did everything they could to meet expectations, without hesitation. If you want a hotel with a lot to offer, this is the one. Five stars!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. Still, the rooms were missing basic things like kitchen utensils, a table, and chairs. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the A/C was out in our first room. They moved us to another room after three days. I’d give the hotel five stars if we’d been placed in the right unit without all the hassle.

The breakfast was nice, and the apartment had a big bedroom, living room, and kitchen. It’s about five minutes from Hassan Mosque. The kitchen really needs more supplies, though. Just two glasses and two plates aren’t enough even for a small meal in the room.

There are supermarkets on the street just behind, and two nice restaurants downstairs, Marina Juice and Pomo Dolce. I also enjoyed taking a lovely walk along the Corniche every morning. The location is excellent. What more could you want?
