Barcelo Anfa Casablanca

This was my third stay at Barcelo, and I keep coming back for its central location away from the medina. I come from Canada for work, and the staff are lovely. My room was really comfortable and beautiful. One day I was tired and ordered tapas in the lounge, even though I don't usually eat at hotels. I like my food hot, and Soufiane was attentive to my request for very hot potatoes and fish croquettes. The food was lovely and the service was great. Azedine handled the turn-down service in my room professionally and attentively, and the front desk is always great. Hisham was great at both check-in and check-out. Thanks for another lovely stay!

I had dinner at the bar a couple of nights a week, and the staff were amazing. Oussama, Amine, and Soufiane always made me feel welcome and at home, going out of their way to look after me. The food was good too. Barcelo Anfa is a great place to stay in Casablanca, with a good location, comfortable rooms, and wonderful hospitality.

The pastille de poulet at the restaurant is fantastic. The front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and other staff were all welcoming, polite, and helpful. The quality is good for the price, though they don't provide many extra towels, so you might need to ask for things. I'm also not a fan of the open layout.

I spent 20 nights at the Baselo Anfa Hotel and had an excellent stay. Reda's leadership and attention to detail made a real difference. He went above and beyond, helping with what I needed and sharing useful information that made my time in Morocco, especially Casablanca and Marrakesh, very pleasant. Zineb and the other staff brought a real sense of home away from home with their warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend the Baselo Anfa Hotel for its hospitality and service.
