The location made it easy to get to the city sights, and the front desk staff were very courteous. We stayed here on two separate occasions, and both times our rooms were excellent. Rachida at breakfast was superb, friendly and especially helpful.

We were close to the old medina souk, UN square, Arab league park, and several restaurants. Since we had a rental car, the free valet parking saved us a lot on taxis, though there’s also a taxi stand across the street. Each floor has a washer and dryer, which our family really needed after several days of travel. You do have to bring your own detergent. We’d booked one apartment and one twin room for our family, but on arrival they upgraded us to two apartments. The larger one had two bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom and shower for one, plus another bathroom and shower opening onto the sitting area. The rooms were spacious, the furniture had a chic look, and the air conditioning worked very well, which mattered to us in the warmer months. We skipped the hotel meals to try local restaurants, although breakfast was available. Booking directly through the website gave us the best price for two rooms. The staff were very kind and attentive, and I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca.

The modern interior is really well designed, and the staff are service-minded and do their best to make your stay pleasant. I can’t wait to return to Casablanca. When we do, we’ll definitely book Kaan hotel again.

The area felt safe and was easy to explore on foot, with the Medina and plenty of restaurants close by. Our room was large enough for our family of four and felt more like an apartment. It was also very clean, and the upstairs area was lovely. I had an amazing stay and would recommend Kaan Casablanca to anyone planning a trip to Morocco.
