Luxury 5 Stars - New 2020 -Heart Of Casa -Triangle D'Or

Don’t trust the reviews. The owner double-charged us, then refused to hear us out or read the polite written explanation we gave him. He made disrespectful comments suggesting women shouldn’t speak, which had nothing to do with the issue and was offensive. He slammed the door in our faces and grabbed his laptop aggressively, nearly hitting me with it. I had to call the police. Only afterward, when security asked us to consider the matter settled, did he finally refund the extra charges. His threatening, unprofessional behavior cost us more than five hours between yesterday and today. It ruined our stay in Casablanca and left us with a very bad impression. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you want to feel safe, respected, and free of stress.

We got the help we needed throughout our stay, and the staff were warm and professional. The apartments are spacious and well appointed, with a nice view and plenty of sunlight from the large windows. There are also several good grocery shops nearby, which made it easy to pick up milk, bread, vegetables, and other supplies.

The staff were friendly, and the place had a great ambience. Our superior apartment was beautiful and spacious. Hassan II mosque and the beach were both reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. Thanks to Amin for making our stay comfortable.
