The staff were friendly, and the location worked well, close to the city center and transportation. My experience was average: the room was a little old and could use renovation, while cleanliness was acceptable but not perfect. Breakfast was simple but okay. Fine for a short stay if you’re not expecting luxury.

The bed was super comfy, and the cleaners were friendly and kind. But there were cockroaches in the rooms, the toilet wasn’t clean, and its ventilation didn’t work, so it smelled bad. I didn’t like my stay there.

The free breakfast was woefully inadequate, with one glass of freshly squeezed orange juice as its only saving grace. The room was dirty, with hair on the bed cover, and the bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The shower head was calcified and leaking, and the towels looked like they’d never been bleached. There were even signs telling people not to take towels from the room. This is billed as a 3 star hotel, but it’s nowhere near that rating. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere better.

It must have been beautiful in its day, but the hotel is starting to show its age. Our room was large, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The neighborhood looked a bit shabby but seemed safe enough. Restaurants and the market were a bit of a walk away.

We love this hotel, and the wonderful staff made our holiday in Casablanca amazing. Many thanks to everyone, especially the chef Moubarak, Fatima-Zahra, bébé Ahmed, and the twins. We highly recommend it for families.
