Onomo Hotel Casablanca City Center

Ikram and Saida at the front desk were so kind and helpful, and Hassan was great too. Fouzia from the cleaning staff was lovely, and even made a towel animal for our room, such a sweet gesture. I really loved my three nights here. The area was great, breakfast was solid, and the staff were wonderful. I’ll be back soon.

Imane at the front desk was so kind, professional, and accommodating. She really paid attention to what I needed. The garden is beautiful, the room was comfortable, and I liked the shower too. The hotel itself is lovely. 11/10, I recommend it!

Saida at reception deserves a special mention. She welcomed me so warmly, was professional and attentive, and handled everything efficiently while still making me feel cared for. Her genuine smile made a real difference. During Ramadan, the hotel also left a sweet treat in my room, a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel special. Everything felt calm and well organized from arrival. My room was clean, comfortable, and ready for me to unwind after a long day. The location made it easy to get around and reach what I needed, and the hotel felt modern but warm. It was a peaceful and convenient stay. Thank you to the whole team. I’d choose ONOMO Hotel again.

The cleaners went through my suitcase without asking permission or even telling me. They didn’t apologize, and acted as if there was nothing wrong with it. The hotel defended the cleaner, saying she uses your things to decorate the bed. What an impression that gives of Moroccans! 👍
