The restaurant alone is worth a visit. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The rooms were elegant and spotless, with oriental decor balanced by modern comfort, and felt like a peaceful break from the busy surroundings. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and mix of luxury and tradition stood out. The staff were attentive and professional, and made me feel at home. Whether for a romantic getaway or a special meal, I’d happily return to Oriental Hôtel & Restaurant. Highly recommended!

I booked Oriental hotel based on the reviews, and it turned out even better than I expected. Everyone was friendly and helpful from arrival through departure. Stephanie Huang, the Incharge, was always ready to help, and Omema, Hamza, and Abrahim were all excellent too. Their service made my Casablanca holiday outstanding. I’ll visit again and recommend others stay and experience the hospitality of Orental hotel. 10 out of 10. Love form UK (Tariq Azeem)

The manager, WenJing, was lovely and recommended the spicy chickenchicken cubes with chili and hotplate stir-fry beef, which was finger-licking good. The food here is incredible. As a Chinese person living in Casablanca, I can hardly believe how affordable it is to find such authentic Chinese flavors here. You should definitely give this place a try!

The food was expensive and not tasty, and it took far too long to arrive. I don’t recommend this hotel because the service is poor. I hope they improve the food, the waiters, and the service so it can be good and fast.

Manager YASSER made my stay especially memorable with his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. He went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed and felt welcome. Oriental Hôtel also gave me the unusual feeling of stepping into China, with its atmosphere, decor, and overall ambiance capturing Chinese culture right in the heart of Casablanca. It was an incredible, refreshing experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thanks to the whole team!
