The location made getting around simple, with the mall, cafes, and shops all within easy walking distance. I also felt safe throughout my stay, and the ocean views were stunning. The staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. My suite-style room was impressively large and comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind, and everything was clean and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay at the Pestana Casablanca and would happily return. I absolutely recommend it.

The staff were professional and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I especially want to thank the boy at reception, who was kind, helpful, and always smiling. He made check-in and the rest of my stay feel smooth and comfortable. I really recommend Pestana Casablanca for its friendly team and great service.

The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and clean. It was quiet, with friendly staff, and close to the beach and shopping centre. On two occasions the hot water stopped running, but one quick call to reception got someone to fix it within ten minutes.

We got in very early, and Zacharia was understanding and attentive to everything we needed. He was empathetic, professional, and accommodating. We’ve traveled all over Morocco and had wonderful experiences, but it’s the people we’ll remember most. The location was ideal, with many key places within walking distance, and our suite was large with a wonderful view. Thank you for everything!

The beachside setting is a real plus, though you’ll need a taxi to get almost anywhere. Guest services were very helpful with arranging taxis. Breakfast was wonderful, with omelets and eggs cooked the way you like.
