The beds and covers weren’t clean, which seriously affected our comfort and hygiene. There were cockroaches and ants in both the room and restaurant, and the shortage of detergent, soap, and shampoo was unacceptable for a place of this calibre. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the elevator stopped so roughly that it felt scary. The shower head couldn’t be put on a handle because there wasn’t one. With all the money they’re making, maybe they should invest more in maintaining the hotel equipment. The place was dirty, with no personal interaction.

The room description and photos were false, and what we received didn’t match them. Maintenance was very poor, and the receptionist was unpleasant. Worst of all was the unbearable noise from the snooker downstairs. It felt like they were playing in our room, and we couldn’t sleep at all. That alone is reason enough not to go.

Breakfast had very few choices. There was no exhaust fan in the toilet, and for four guests we got one towel, so we had to ask for more. The towels we were given weren’t fully dry. Loud music, from the hotel or a neighbor, played from before 10 pm until 1 am.

It was decent enough apart from the lack of AC, which made the room super hot. The street view was pretty cool, though. I didn’t even try the TV. There were tiny little soap bars and a stained toilet seat. The price was close to 300dh, and I’m not sure about that.
