Breakfast was consistently excellent, with good quality and variety, all well prepared and presented with a smile. Thanks as well to the Breakfast outlet, F&B, and Culinary teams. The stay at Marriott Casablanca stood out for genuine care and teamwork. Aziz at the Front Office gave me a warm, professional welcome right from the start, and his courtesy and attention made me feel at home. At the Lounge, Safaa, Samah, and Saifdine were attentive and upbeat. Their service felt sincerely caring as well as professional. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay. I look forward to coming back.

During our 10-day trip to Morocco, the team made our stay comfortable, memorable, and special from the moment we arrived. As vegans, we pay close attention to food when travelling, and everyone treated our needs with care and respect. Ilias was especially wonderful and thoughtful. They made coffee with almond milk and prepared Moroccan pancakes, soups, and sandwiches with care. It never felt like a bother, just warm hospitality. The porters, bell staff, and restaurant team were professional, smiling, and willing to go the extra mile. Their kindness and patience turned the stay into a lasting memory. We'll remember our time in Casablanca fondly and gratefully, and hope to return someday.

The lounge was a real highlight in the evening, with happy hour snacks and light food in a relaxed setting. Breakfast was amazing too. Zinab and Ameena were especially helpful, remembered how I take my coffee, and even packed breakfast for our kids when jet lag kept them from coming down. The Marriott is close to the old town, so getting around and exploring was easy. The staff were kind and attentive, and we had no complaints. It was a fantastic stay, and we'd definitely return.

The executive lounge was excellent, even better than the one at the Paris location. Breakfast was decent, though it didn't quite match Paris. The hotel's customer service lived up to the Marriott name: everyone was welcoming and keen to help. The city isn't a typical tourist spot, but it was interesting to explore.
