The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to help. The place was reasonably clean, though the rooms are small and some areas are starting to rust. There was very little linen and toiletries supplied, and for what I paid the tour operator, it didn’t feel worth the cost. It’s also tucked a little way down the alleys.

I paid 42,000 dirhams for two double rooms for three nights. The breakfast was tasty, though it didn’t offer much of a European selection. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I didn’t use the spa. There was no TV remote in the room; when I asked for one, it didn’t work. After housekeeping cleaned on the second day, I also didn’t get a fresh face towel. Fine for a short stay.

If you just need somewhere to sleep and shower, this can do the job. It’s about a 15-minute taxi ride from most tourist spots, but not a great area for walking around or finding nearby amenities. The staff were fairly friendly and helpful, though English is generally hard to find in Casablanca. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived: it was dusty, the bin was still full, and there was only one towel. After the first night it was cleaned, with fresh towels and soap, and looked much more like it should have. The pictures are deceiving.

Houda and Amal were so kind and helpful, and the reception staff were always ready to lend a hand. Breakfast was amazing, and the food overall was delicious. I also loved how peaceful it felt. The location worked really well for me: taxis were easy to get, and Marina Mall and Hassan, the second mosque, were within walking distance. I had a fantastic time here.
