We stayed here ahead of a very early flight, and the airport shuttle, which runs every half hour, was quick and really useful. Hichem got us checked in efficiently and was warm and kind. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with nice bathrooms. There’s no gym, but the neighborhood is easy to walk or run around. The restaurant keeps long hours for travelers and the food looked good; the spa also has long hours and lots of different offerings. The bar was roomy, though very smoky. It was a perfect stay and better than we expected. I’d recommend it if you need a place before or after a flight. It’s about a 40-minute drive from downtown Casablanca, so it wouldn’t suit you if you need to be in the city.

I picked this property in July 2025 because it seemed geared toward people flying out of Casablanca airport. Getting fed was a real problem. The restaurants were closed in the late afternoon, room service wasn’t available, and the advertised tapas at the bar weren’t being served. My only option was a 30 Euro buffet. I asked whether I could just have soup and was told no, only the buffet. Management offered no solution. After that, I tried to book something at the spa and was told there was nobody on site to provide services. For a property calling itself full-service, there was very little hospitality when I arrived. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise lovely visit to beautiful Morocco. Stay if you need to catch an early flight, but don’t count on eating or using the other services they advertise as 4-star.

My room was comfortable and just right for a transit stay. Mame Bouh checked me in and made me feel welcome with a friendly, great experience from the start. The hospitality was much appreciated. A pair of slippers would have been a nice extra.

The room was big, and the place was clean, with a modern bathroom and a bidet in the toilet. Breakfast had a good spread, and there’s a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. It is a bit pricey, though.
