Suite Hotel Casa Diamond

We stayed four nights and found the rooms clean and the location great. Taxi drivers could find the hotel easily. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, and the reception staff were lovely. Fatima was especially helpful. One thing to flag: our receipt said taxes were included, but they asked us to pay city tax when we arrived.

The prices are competitive, and I’ll be using this as my home base in Casablanca. The rooms and views were stunning, the location was great, and the customer service was stellar. It exceeded my expectations across the board. Looking forward to coming back again and again.

Breakfast was decent, though I wished they’d make omelettes instead of serving scrambled or boiled eggs every day. The clean room was serviced daily and had two balconies. It’s a good hotel, around a 15-20 minute walk from both the Medina and Hassan ii mosque.

The rooms themselves are nice, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The bathroom cleaning tag was inside a drawer instead of properly placed, which made us wonder if the bathroom had been sanitized before we arrived. Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful when we raised it. We asked about having breakfast in our room and were sent elsewhere to order it. It was meant to arrive at 8:00 a.m. but never came, so we went downstairs and lost about 40 minutes going back and forth. The coffee came from a machine, and the hot drinks were cold.
