The hotel is in Anfa, a prime area, but the property doesn’t live up to it. For what they charge, it’s wildly overpriced and felt more like a shabby, poorly maintained apartment than a proper hotel. The building needs work on maintenance, hygiene, and staff training before it deserves to be listed as a hotel. There was visible mold and fungus in several places, ants in our room, and dirty crockery. The windows wouldn’t lock properly, which is a serious safety concern. Lighting was dim and badly planned throughout, and the whole place felt neglected. It was also clearly understaffed, with slow, careless, unresponsive service. We left a parcel on the reception sofa while rushing to the airport. The hotel initially responded when we called, then stopped answering. We had to rely on airport security and arrange an InDrive rider ourselves to get it back. Muhamad from the airport staff went out of his way to help, and Mourad, the InDrive motorbike rider, drove through 13-degree temperatures late at night to bring it to us. Those strangers showed more responsibility and humanity than the hotel staff. Easily one of my worst hotel experiences, and not worth the price.

They moved us to a better room after we found a problem with the first one. When my partner and I got food poisoning, they even helped make us some bland food. The staff were really kind and helpful throughout our wonderful stay. Thank you!

Khawla took such good care of us throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we were comfortable. Her genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. The whole team was warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made our visit memorable. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

The suites at Pestana Casablanca were modern, spacious, and well equipped, with sea views. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. Its seafront location gives you breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and direct beach access. The staff’s warmth and professionalism stood out, and they were accommodating throughout my stay. Pestana Casablanca brings together luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca, and I look forward to returning. Special thanks to everyone ❤️
