The only drawback I noticed was that the internet was a bit slow. I found the place on Booking.com, and the team was professional and welcoming. Lubna, who is in charge, was very responsive and professional. They first put me in a spacious, beautiful unit, then moved me because construction noise was bothering me. When I asked for a microwave, they brought one. They also sent an iron after realizing my steamer was blowing the fuse. The units are very clean, with a professional cleaner coming every other day, so they suit short or long stays. The location is right downtown, close to supermarkets and Maison Serraj, a famous Casablanca bakery with such amazing pastries and baguettes that they've already gotten me into trouble. I'd recommend the team to friends and anyone wanting a nice, safe, pleasant stay in Casablanca.

We booked seven days with UnoCapital. Mahmoud arranged our first apartment, which was clean and well located, but the noise was unbearable. We could hear everything nearby and couldn't sleep, even after trying to put up with it. He moved us, but the second apartment was on the first floor with no air circulation. I have asthma, and the wood smell and poor ventilation irritated my lungs, so the very next day we asked to move again. The third apartment Mahmoud gave us was very good, comfortable, and suitable. He was helpful and cooperative, and we appreciate his efforts to sort things out. I do have feedback about housekeeping and professionalism. Fresh sheets, clean towels, tissues, and a fully equipped kitchen should be provided. Guests shouldn't have to use the same sheets and towels for several days; these are basic things that need changing during cleaning, especially in serviced apartments. There was also a serious privacy and attitude problem. I woke up to find the cleaner and Lubna Mahmoud’s colleague inside while we were still staying there. I asked for five minutes so we could go downstairs, but she refused and said, “now.” When I politely mentioned changing the sheets for the next guest, she shouted, “You are already leaving, we already changed apartment for you,” then walked away. That was extremely unprofessional. Guests have every right to give honest, constructive feedback meant to improve the service. I'm a business owner too, and I value feedback because it helps us improve. UnoCapital has good apartments in a central location, and better communication, housekeeping standards, and staff training could make the experience much better. I hope the owner reads this and understands I'm offering the feedback respectfully to help improve the service.

Had a magnificent 30-day vacation with (uno capital) grand Casablanca Morocco 🇲🇦. The studios are really high quality, very clean, and well equipped. I've never seen studios of this quality standard in Casablanca. The customer service was very, very good. See you next time, inch'Allah 😘

Uno Capital was a peaceful, calm place, and I had a wonderful time there. Everything was kept tidy and clean. I loved how perfectly the bed was made, the toilets smelled lovely, and the floor sparkled. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! 😍😍😍🥰🥰
