The building looks impressive inside and out, and the staff were kind. They also agreed to move me to a different room. I stayed one night and was happy with the experience. Some things aren’t perfect, but come on, this is basically the cheapest option in Casablanca. People giving it bad reviews over weak WiFi or the old lift are stupid.

The rooms and location are fine. But I pay for a hotel so I can sleep, not to be woken in the middle of the night because the front desk forgot to get my passport at check-in. They could have handled it then, or waited until checkout the next day. Not good.

We were charged double at checkout because of a booking mistake. Even though we objected loudly and it was shown to be their error, we never got a refund. The staff were rude, and the rooms were dirty, old, and smelled bad. The bedclothes and towels were nowhere near white. It cost far too much for that service. I’ve stayed in cheap hostels that were much cleaner and friendlier. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Very poor. The staff were crazy, it wasn’t clean, and in my opinion it’s unsuitable for kids. I don’t recommend it.

No WiFi, no hot water, and the rooms smell bad. The blankets were dirty, and the guy at reception was rude. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. You can’t spend the night here. I don’t recommend it.
